DVR Viewing Instructions
This guide shows you how to access recorded DVR video feeds in Velocicast and how to resolve playback issues during live sales.
Browser Compatibility Notice
If your auction is having issues viewing the DVR while a sale is currently live, please switch your web browser to Apple Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
Please note that Google Chrome remains the official browser for accessing all other features in Velocicast. We are actively working on a fix for live DVR playback in Chrome. You only need to switch to Safari or Firefox if you are accessing the DVR while the sale is live. For any other usage, please continue using Google Chrome for the best experience.
Steps to View DVR
- Log In: Log in to the Velocicast Admin portal.
- Navigate: Go to the DVR section in the navigation menu.
- Select Event Details: Choose the appropriate Auction Day and Lane.
- Locate Video: Select the specific video timestamp that you are looking for to begin viewing.
